Return & Refund Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you have any questions please contact us.
- We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unused and unaltered. Products that show signs of wear are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
- Closeout and international items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- All products in the "Sale" section are only eligible for exchange or store-credit. Sales items are final no returns.
Starting a Return
To start a return you must contact us before shipping your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions.
